ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES

US DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE

USDA’s Local and Programmatic Support Services (LAPSS) contract requires PBP to  provide assistance related to collecting and assembling cost data, processing payment application requests, and other program support for the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). Services include reviewing a wide variety of invoices, vouchers, and other miscellaneous paperwork through assimilation of program documentation, development of correspondence, checking documents for accuracy, processing payments, maintaining spreadsheets, and performing other secretarial duties. Proficient in word processing, PBP staff operate a variety of computer hardware and small office machines such as calculators, fax machines, scanning devices, postage meters, and copy machines with a working knowledge of various software applications including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Access, and NRCS software such as Protracts, Toolkit, and Performance Results System.

FACILITY SUPPORT SERVICES

US NAVY

PBP supports the Naval Marine Corps Reserve Center (NMCRC) Wichita through provision of on-site project management, labor, materials, and supplies to ensure proper utilization of its facilities. Providing a wide array of support services include: facility investment; Custodial; Pest Control; Integrated Solid Waste Management; Grounds Maintenance; Pavement Clearance; Utility Management.

POSTAL SERVICES

US NAVY

Supporting the world's third largest naval installation, PBP provides Naval Support Activity (NSA) Crane all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, vehicles, transportation, supervision, and management to sort, receive, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, perform data entry services using MS Word, Access Database, and Excel and manages messenger support including handling and maintenance of various physical and digital correspondence in and between tenant commands and facilities. These services also include: processing all incoming USPS registered, certified and insured mail and sorting for distribution to all tenants commands; processing and pick-up of all outgoing mail; maintaining records of each organization’s postage; Pick-up and delivery of over-sized classified and regular non-classified parcels; managing all incoming and outgoing postal mail express deliveries; performing daily mail route services; handling first class, priority, registered, express, certified, insured, classified, magazines, newspapers and internal guard mail; performing special mail runs involving the pick-up and delivery of shipping documents of the Supply Department; maintaining a directory type database of tenants, personnel, buildings and codes and providing custom directory services.

SECURITY GUARD SERVICES

DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY

The National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF), a new, state-of-the-art bio safety level 3 & 4 facility will enable the U.S. to conduct comprehensive research, develop vaccines and anti-virals, and provide enhanced diagnostic capabilities to protect our country from numerous foreign animal and emerging disease. PBP supplies 24/7 armed Protective Service Officers (PSOs) to the NBAF site with dedicated project management, site supervision to perform: access control; logistics management (logs, manifests, etc); visitor control; vehicular screening posts; patrol & response; emergency first response; control center operations and security systems monitoring & response;traffic control; and receipt, use, and safeguarding of keys.
